# How to post new blog articles from an RSS feed

Connect a feed, write a post template with title and link, and choose whether each new item is saved for review or queued with a daily limit.

Open Automations, add the feed address and write a template using the item's title and link. By default each new item is saved for your review. Turning on auto-queue posts new items at the next free slot, with a daily limit so a burst of articles cannot flood your accounts.

## Steps

1. Add the feed. In Automations choose RSS and paste the feed address.
2. Write the template. Compose the post once using the title and link fields.
3. Pick the networks. Choose where each new item should go.
4. Choose review or queue. Keep items for review, or turn on auto-queue and set the daily limit.
5. Switch it on. Activate the feed; new items appear from then on.

## Good to know

- The template is text you wrote; nothing else is added to the post.

## Questions

**Will old articles post?**

Only new items after you switch the feed on, unless you choose to post the newest one now.

**Can I stop it?**

Yes. Switch the feed off and nothing more is added.
