# How to schedule Pinterest Pins in 1Post

Choose a board, add an image, video or 2 to 5 image carousel, write the title, description and link and schedule the Pin.

Open the composer, pick your Pinterest account and choose a board. Add an image, a video with a cover, or a carousel of two to five images that share the same dimensions. Write the title of up to 100 characters and the description up to 500, add the link, then schedule.

## Steps

1. Pick the board. In Compose choose your Pinterest account and the board.
2. Add the media. Add an image, a video with a cover, or two to five images of the same size.
3. Write the details. Add the title, description and destination link.
4. Check the shape. Use the [image resizer](https://get1post.com/tools/image-resizer.md) to make the images match.
5. Schedule. Pick a time or the next free slot; daily limits apply.

- Every image in a multi-image Pin needs the same dimensions.
