# 1Post: schedule and publish to every social network

1Post is a social media scheduler: write a post once, tailor it for each network with live previews, review it with your team and publish everywhere on time.

1Post turns one post into a version for every network you use, checks each platform’s limits as you type, and publishes on the schedule your team approved.

[Start a 7-day trial for $1](https://get1post.com/signup.md) or [see pricing](https://get1post.com/pricing.md).

## Who it is for

- **Creators.** Write a post once, then split it into an X thread, trim it for Bluesky and give the Reel its cover, all from one document. A week of posts scheduled in one sitting.
- **Local businesses.** Set weekly time slots for opening hours, offers and events, and let each new post drop into the next free slot. Steady posting without opening every app.
- **Agencies.** Keep each client in its own workspace, send a review link before anything goes out, and let clients connect their own accounts by invite. A client approval on record for every post.
- **Developers.** Create, schedule and track posts through one API with idempotency keys, signed webhooks and an MCP server. One integration in place of one per network.

## The workflow

### 1. Write

Start with the message, not the platform. Write in a clean document, drop in images and video as blocks, and pull in a saved set of accounts, a signature or hashtags in one click.

- Saved sets of accounts
- Signatures and saved captions
- Media library
- Saved posts and an ideas board

### 2. Tailor

Every network gets its own tab. Change the words for LinkedIn, add a first comment on Instagram, set a link title, and watch a live preview with each platform’s limit drawn into the text.

- Live preview for each network
- Per-network text and media
- First comment and link placement
- Boards, playlists, privacy and other platform fields

### 3. Schedule

Pick a time, take the next free slot, or publish now. Drag posts across the month, week or day view, and see how an Instagram grid will look before it goes out.

- Weekly time slots
- Drag and drop calendar
- Recurring posts
- Bulk upload from a CSV

### 4. Review

Contributors send posts to review. Reviewers approve them or ask for changes, and clients comment through a review link without making an account.

- Roles from owner to read only
- Approval inbox
- Expiring review links
- Audit log of every change

### 5. Measure

Results are collected at set checkpoints after each post and grouped by account, network and tag, so you can see what worked and post more of it.

- Account and post results
- Change against the previous period
- One inbox for comments
- Results through the API

## Features

- **Threads that split themselves.** Paste a long post and 1Post breaks it into parts at each network’s limit, with numbering if you want it.
- **Bulk scheduling from a spreadsheet.** Upload a CSV of posts. Every row is checked against its network’s rules before anything joins the queue.
- **Recurring posts.** Repeat a post on the interval you choose, rotating between your own versions so no feed sees the same text twice.
- **Grid preview.** See how scheduled Instagram posts will tile on your profile before a single one publishes.
- **One inbox for comments.** Answer comments from several networks in one list, assign them to a teammate and mark them done.
- **Clear failures, safe retries.** A failed post shows the network’s own error and a plain fix. 1Post retries only when it knows the post did not go out.

## Formats

- **Threads and long posts.** Write as much as you need. 1Post splits the text into parts for X, Threads, Bluesky and Mastodon at each one’s own limit, and keeps every part readable on its own.
- **Carousels and Reels.** Order carousel images by dragging, give a Reel its cover, add collaborators and alt text, and post photo carousels to TikTok from the same post.
- **Video and Shorts.** Set the title, description, privacy, playlists and thumbnail for YouTube, and the same video goes out to TikTok, Reels and LinkedIn in the format each takes.
- **Link posts and first comments.** Give a LinkedIn link post its own title and description, or move the link into the first comment so the caption stays clean.
- **Polls.** Add an X poll with 2 to 4 options, or a Mastodon poll, and schedule it like any other post.
- **Articles and channels.** Publish the long version to WordPress, DEV and Hashnode, and announce it in your Telegram, Discord and Slack channels at the same time.

## Networks

X, LinkedIn profile, LinkedIn Page, Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Google Business Profile, Tumblr, Telegram, Discord, Slack, WordPress, DEV Community, Hashnode, Lemmy, Whop, Dribbble, Twitch, Kick.

## Roles, approvals and client review in one place

Give every client or brand its own workspace, invite the people who need to be there, and decide who can publish and who needs a review first.

- **Roles that fit.** Owner, admin, editor, contributor, reviewer and read only. Each person sees and does only what their role allows.
- **Approvals.** Posts from contributors wait in an approval inbox. Approve them, or send them back with a comment on the post.
- **Review links.** Send a client one link per post or batch. It expires on its own and you can revoke it at any time.

## Built for builders, too

Everything in the app is in the API: create posts, upload media, read results and answer comments, with the same rules the composer checks.

- **REST API.** Schedule to any connected account with per-network overrides. Idempotency keys make retries safe, and partial updates change only what you send.
- **MCP server.** Connect an assistant you already use with your own grant. It lists accounts, writes posts and reads results, and a contributor’s posts still go to review.
- **Webhooks.** Get a signed event when a post publishes, fails or needs a reconnect, scoped to the accounts you choose, with a test send from the dashboard.

## Questions

**What does 1Post do?**

1Post is a social media scheduler. You write a post once, tailor it for each network with a live preview, schedule it or publish it now, and your team can review it before it goes out. Results and comments come back to one place.

**Which networks can I post to?**

X, LinkedIn profile, LinkedIn Page, Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Google Business Profile, Tumblr, Telegram, Discord, Slack, WordPress, DEV Community, Hashnode, Lemmy, Whop, Dribbble, Twitch and Kick. You can also send each post to your own URL as a signed webhook.

**How does the trial work?**

Every plan starts with a 7-day trial that costs $1. If you use up a trial allowance early, that feature pauses until you choose to start your plan with one click. When the trial ends your plan begins, unless you cancel first. See [pricing](https://get1post.com/pricing.md).

**Can my team review posts before they publish?**

Yes. Contributors’ posts go to an approval inbox, and reviewers approve them or ask for changes. Clients can comment and approve through a review link without making an account.

**What happens when a post fails?**

You see the network’s own error and a plain fix. A post is retried only when 1Post knows it did not go out, so nothing is posted twice by mistake.

**Is there an API?**

Yes, on every plan: a REST API, signed webhooks and an MCP server, all acting with the permissions of the person who created the key.

**Can I get a refund?**

A first paid month can be refunded within 7 days of the charge. Write to us and a person reviews each request.

## From one post to every feed

Plan the week in one sitting, keep your team in the loop, and let 1Post publish on time while you get on with the rest of your day.
