# Free best time to post calculator from your data

Load a CSV export of your own posts and see which weekday and hour earned the most on average, with the number of posts behind each result.

Load a CSV export of your own posts, pick the date column and a result column such as likes or impressions, and see which weekday and hour earned the most on average. Each result shows how many posts it rests on, and slots with fewer than three posts are not ranked.

## How it works

The file is read in your browser and never uploaded. The tool groups posts by weekday and hour as your export wrote them, takes the mean of the column you chose, and ranks the slots that have at least three posts.

This is plain arithmetic on your own numbers, not a prediction and not a table from other accounts. With few posts the result is thin; the tool says so and shows the counts.

> It runs in your browser. Nothing you type or choose is uploaded, and the page works without an account. To publish what you made, [start a trial](https://get1post.com/signup.md) and open it in the composer.

## Questions

**Which export works?**

Any CSV with a date column and a number column: most networks and analytics tools can export one. Dates such as 2026-10-05 14:30 or 10/05/2026 2:30 PM are read as written.

**Which time zone does it use?**

The one your export used. The tool reads the clock time as written and does not convert it.

**Why is a slot with one great post not ranked?**

One post can be a fluke. A slot needs at least three posts before it can be ranked, so a lucky post does not beat a steady pattern.
