# Free image resizer and cropper for social posts

Crop and resize a picture to a shape that fits Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Pinterest, Dribbble and more, and check it against each network's rules.

Choose a picture, pick a shape such as Instagram 4:5, TikTok 9:16 or Dribbble 800 by 600, move the focus point, and download the crop. The tool also checks your picture against each network's published image rules. The picture is processed in your browser and never uploaded.

## How it works

The presets are shapes that satisfy each network's published rules, not sizes the network recommends.

Keep the main subject in the middle of the picture: networks crop and overlay their own buttons. The focus control picks which part of the picture the crop keeps.

## What it checks

- Instagram shape. The picture must sit between 4:5 and 1.91:1.
- Threads width. Threads scales a picture into 320 to 1440 pixels wide.
- TikTok photos. A photo taller than 1080 on the short side is scaled down by 1Post.
- Dribbble sizes. Exactly 800 x 600 or 400 x 300 pixels.
- Pinterest pins. Pictures in a multi-image pin must have matching sizes.

## Questions

**Is my picture uploaded?**

No. It is drawn and cropped in your browser and the result is downloaded from there.

**Why not just one size for everything?**

Networks take different shapes. Instagram has a shape range, Dribbble takes exact sizes, and Pinterest wants matching sizes in one pin. The checks list each.

**Does the crop lose quality?**

A crop never upscales: the output is the cropped part at your target size, so a small source is shown as small. The tool tells you when the source is smaller than the target.
