# Free Instagram font and line break generator

Make styled text for an Instagram bio or caption, and keep blank lines in a caption with an invisible character so spacing is not collapsed.

Type your text to get Instagram-ready fonts: bold, italic, script, monospace and more, plus underline and strikethrough. A second mode keeps your blank lines by placing an invisible character on each empty line, so captions keep their spacing. Copy the result into the Instagram app.

## How it works

The fonts are Unicode look-alike characters, not formatting, so they paste anywhere. Letters in the styles that have digits convert digits too. Emoji and punctuation stay as you typed them.

Line break mode puts a Braille blank character on each empty line. It shows as nothing but gives the app a character to keep, so spacing between paragraphs holds. Lines with text are not touched.

> It runs in your browser. Nothing you type or choose is uploaded, and the page works without an account. To publish what you made, [start a trial](https://get1post.com/signup.md) and open it in the composer.

## Questions

**Do styled fonts hurt accessibility?**

Screen readers may read styled letters one by one or skip them. Keep them for a short name or a few words and leave the rest of a caption plain.

**Why do blank lines disappear?**

Many apps drop a line that holds no character. The line break mode puts an invisible character on each blank line so the app has something to keep.

**Can I use these in a bio?**

Yes. Paste the styled text into your bio field. If the bio is read aloud by a screen reader the styled part may sound odd, so keep it short.
