About 1Post

What does 1Post do?

1Post is a social media scheduler. You write a post once, tailor it for each network with a live preview, schedule it or publish it now, and your team can review it before it goes out. Results and comments come back to one place.

Which networks can I post to?

X, LinkedIn profile, LinkedIn Page, Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Google Business Profile, Tumblr, Telegram, Discord, Slack, WordPress, DEV Community, Hashnode, Lemmy, Whop, Dribbble, Twitch and Kick. You can also send each post to your own URL as a signed webhook.

Do I need to install anything?

1Post runs in your web browser. Sign in, connect your accounts and start writing.

Scheduling and publishing

Can I change a post for one network only?

Yes. Every network has its own tab in the composer. Change the text, media or settings there and the other networks keep the main version.

What are time slots?

Weekly times you set for each account, such as Tuesday at 9:00. A new post can take the next free slot instead of a picked time, and slots use your workspace time zone.

Can I schedule many posts at once?

Yes. Upload a CSV and every row is checked against its network’s rules before anything is queued, or drag posts around the calendar to reschedule them.

What happens when a post fails?

You see the network’s own error and a plain fix. A post is retried only when 1Post knows it did not go out, so nothing is posted twice by mistake.

Teams and clients

Can my team review posts before they publish?

Yes. Contributors’ posts go to an approval inbox, and reviewers approve them or ask for changes. Clients can comment and approve through a review link without making an account.

Can a client connect their own account?

Yes. Send an invite link and the client authorizes their account straight into your workspace without making a 1Post login.

What roles are there?

Owner, admin, editor, contributor, reviewer and read only. Editors publish without review, contributors’ posts go to review, and reviewers approve or ask for changes.

Plans and billing

How does the $1 trial work?

Pick any plan and your card is charged $1 when the 7-day trial starts. If you use up a trial allowance early, that feature pauses until you start your plan with one click. When the trial ends your plan begins, unless you cancel first.

What is an X unit?

Each post you send to X through 1Post’s own X app uses units from your plan, and a post with a link uses more than a plain one. Connect your own X developer keys and posting to X uses no units at all.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. An upgrade takes effect at once with a prorated charge, and a downgrade takes effect at your next renewal. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade: accounts beyond the new limit are paused and their scheduled posts move back to unscheduled, ready when you are.

What does annual billing save?

Annual plans cost 2 months less than paying monthly for a year, on every plan.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Members are unlimited on every plan, so you can invite reviewers and clients without changing your price.

What is the Custom plan?

For teams that need more than 100 connected accounts or larger allowances. It starts at $499 a month and begins with a call: book a call.

Can I get a refund?

A first paid month can be refunded within 7 days of the charge. Write to us and a person reviews each request.

API and your data

Is there an API?

Yes, on every plan: a REST API, signed webhooks and an MCP server, all acting with the permissions of the person who created the key.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Your workspaces, posts, results and media list download as one file from your settings or through the API.

How do I delete my account?

Delete it from your settings, or write to hello@get1post.com. Disconnecting a network removes its access tokens at once.

Where can I post with the API?

Everywhere the app posts: X, LinkedIn profile, LinkedIn Page, Facebook Page, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Bluesky, Mastodon, Google Business Profile, Tumblr, Telegram, Discord, Slack, WordPress, DEV Community, Hashnode, Lemmy, Whop, Dribbble, Twitch and Kick.

From one post to every feed

Plan the week in one sitting, keep your team in the loop, and let 1Post publish on time while you get on with the rest of your day.
