Terms of service

Last updated 2026-10-22

These terms are an agreement between you and 1Post ("1Post", "we", "us") for the use of the 1Post website, app, API and MCP server (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. Questions go to hello@get1post.com.

Your account

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 16. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

If you create an account for a company or a client, you confirm you may accept these terms for them. Workspace owners decide who joins their workspaces and what each member may do.

Plans, trials and billing

Every plan starts with a 7-day trial that costs $1, charged when the trial starts. During the trial some allowances are smaller; when one runs out, that feature pauses until you choose to start your plan. When the trial ends, your plan begins and renews each month or year until you cancel. One trial is allowed per account and per payment card.

Prices are shown on the pricing page in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply. An upgrade takes effect at once with a prorated charge; a downgrade takes effect at the next renewal. If a payment fails, your plan stays active for 7 days while you update your card, then the account is locked until payment is made. Your content is kept while the account is locked.

A first paid month can be refunded if you ask within 7 days of the charge; write to hello@get1post.com and a person reviews each request. Otherwise fees are not refundable except where the law requires. You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.

Your content

You own the posts, media and other material you put into 1Post. You give us only the permission we need to store, process, format and publish that material to the destinations you choose, and to show it to the members and reviewers you share it with. That permission ends when you delete the material or your account, except for copies a network already published at your request.

You are responsible for what you publish and confirm you have the rights to it, including any music, images, people and brands it shows.

Connected networks

When you connect a social network or publishing site, you authorize 1Post to act on that account as you direct: publishing, scheduling, reading results and comments, and replying when you or your team ask. 1Post uses each network’s official methods and never asks for your network password, except where a network itself issues an app password for this purpose.

Each network’s own terms and rules still apply to what you post there. Networks can change or limit their services, refuse a post, or suspend an account, and those decisions are theirs. You can disconnect a network at any time from your settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use 1Post to:

  • send spam, run fake engagement, or post the same content in a way a network forbids;
  • publish anything unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing or harmful to children;
  • get around a network’s limits, safety tools or account rules;
  • probe, overload or break the service, or reach data that is not yours;
  • resell the service or the API without a written agreement with us.

API and MCP server

API keys and MCP grants act with the permissions of the member who created them and stop working when that member leaves the workspace. Keep keys secret. Rate limits and plan limits apply, and we may change endpoints with notice in the changelog.

Availability and changes

We work to publish every post on time, but the service depends on networks and providers we do not control, so we cannot promise that every post will publish at the exact minute or at all. When a post fails, the app shows the reason so you can act on it.

We may change features to keep the service working with the networks. If a change removes something you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

Ending the service

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other customers, the networks or the service at risk; where we can, we will tell you why first. After an account closes you can still ask us for an export of your data for a reasonable time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions made by networks about your accounts.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with a new date and tell account owners by email before it takes effect.
