This policy explains how 1Post ("1Post", "we", "us") handles personal information when you use the 1Post website, app, API and MCP server. Questions go to hello@get1post.com.
What we collect
We collect only what the service needs:
- Account details: your name, email address, sign-in method and the workspaces you belong to.
- Connected accounts: the network, account name and picture, and the access tokens the network issues. Tokens are encrypted at rest and never shown back to anyone.
- Your content: saved and scheduled posts, media, comments, saved captions and the settings you choose for each network.
- Results and comments: the metrics networks report for your posts, and the comments and replies on them, so your team can read and answer them.
- Billing: your plan and invoices. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
- Usage and device information: pages viewed, actions taken in the app, browser type and IP address, used to keep the service secure and to improve it.
How we use it
To publish and schedule what you ask, collect results, show you comments, run approvals, send the emails and notifications you turn on, bill your plan, answer support requests, prevent abuse and fix problems. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your content to advertise to you.
Who we share it with
We share information only as follows:
- The networks you publish to, which receive the posts and media you send them.
- Members and reviewers of your workspaces, and anyone you send a review link to.
- Service providers that host, store, email, process payments or measure usage for us, under contracts that limit their use to providing that service.
- Authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect people, our customers or the service.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to measure how pages are used. Analytics events are sent through our own domain with secrets and form fields masked.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information and content while your account is open. When you delete a post, media file or workspace, it is removed from the service; when you close your account, your data is deleted except what we must keep for billing, tax or legal reasons. Disconnecting a network deletes its access tokens at once.
Your choices and rights
You can see and change your information in the app, export your workspaces, posts, results and media list as one file, disconnect any network, and delete your account. You can also write to hello@get1post.com to ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, and we will answer. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Deleting data from a network connection
To remove 1Post's access to a network, disconnect it in your settings or remove 1Post from that network's connected apps page. To have the data 1Post received from that network deleted, delete the connection or write to hello@get1post.com from the email on your account.
Security
Access tokens and app passwords are encrypted, connections use TLS, and access to production systems is limited to the people who run the service.
Children
1Post is not meant for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will post the new version here with a new date and tell account owners by email.
