Daily posting caps by network

Each network limits how often an account can post, and 1Post applies a cap per connected account on every network. This page lists the cap for each, beside the ceilings Instagram, TikTok, Tumblr and X publish on their own pages, cited with the date we read them.

Questions

What happens when I reach a cap?

A post that would go over the cap is refused when you schedule it, and the composer shows when the day's window frees so you can move it.

Why is the Instagram figure given as two?

Meta's page states both 100 and 50 for the daily publishing limit. 1Post uses the lower figure.
