Creating and changing posts with the API

POST /v1/posts takes accounts and either text or parts. Each account can be an id or an object with its own text, settings, first comment, time and link placement. Without schedule_at, publish_now or use_next_free_slot the post is saved and not sent. The reply lists the post and each destination.
