Bulk scheduling: what it means

Bulk scheduling creates many posts at once from a spreadsheet, one row per post with its text, networks and time. In 1Post you can import up to 500 rows in a CSV file, and every row is checked against each network's rules before anything is queued, so one bad row does not spoil the rest.

Updated 2026-10-23

Fix the rows that fail and import again; the rows that passed are not duplicated.

A CSV is a plain table, so any spreadsheet can make one.
