Cross-posting: what it means

Cross-posting is sending the same post to several networks. Done well it adjusts text length, media and links for each network instead of copying one version everywhere. 1Post keeps one post with a version for each network and a live preview of each before it is scheduled.

Updated 2026-10-23

A limit that is fine on one network can cut the text on another, so previews matter.

Each network's version can have its own time as well.
