How-to guide

How to add a signature to every post

Open Settings, then Signatures, and save a block of text such as a call to action or a disclosure. Limit it to the networks where it fits, and choose to add it to every new post. A network a signature is limited away from skips it, so a link block never lands where it does not fit.

Steps

  1. 01

    Create the signature

In Settings, Signatures, write the block of text.

  2. 02

    Limit it

Pick the networks it applies to.

  3. 03

    Add automatically

Turn on automatic insertion for new posts.

  4. 04

    Insert by hand

Or insert any signature at the cursor from the composer.

  5. 05

    Check previews

Each network's preview shows whether the signature fits its limit.

Good to know
