How-to guide

How to send a client a review link

Open the post in 1Post, choose Share for review, and copy the link. Send it to your client: they see each network's preview, comment, and approve the post or ask for changes without a login. The link expires after seven days unless you choose otherwise, and you can revoke it at any time.

Steps

  1. 01

    Open the post or batch

Select a post, or several, from the calendar.

  2. 02

    Create the link

Choose Share for review. 1Post makes a link tied to a token.

  3. 03

    Send it

Copy the link and send it to the client by email or message.

  4. 04

    Read the comments

Comments and the approval show on the post in 1Post, and the post's status changes when the client approves or asks for changes.

  5. 05

    Schedule or revise

Approved posts can be scheduled. If the client asked for changes, edit the post and send the link again.

Good to know

  • Revoke a link from the post at any time; it also expires after seven days by default.

Questions

Does the client need an account?

Can a client connect their own account too?
